Yes, it is a suprising thing that the Vice chancelor of the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, Owerri, exposed his tweeter account to his lovely students to share thier thoughts about the state of the university. Students did follow him on tweeter but thier tweets "thoughts" can not be shared in open grounds, but it will be a great thing that students of the institiution would react in matured way to this approach by the school.     SEE ALSO......
